Lynn Thompson Goessling graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 1993 and received her B.S. degree in 1990 from St. Louis University. In 1998, Mrs. Goessling completed courses in real estate and corporate taxation at Washington University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is active in various civic and legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
Mrs. Goessling practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate law, business and corporate law and municipal law. She represents and counsels clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of property, complex title issues, tax deferred property exchanges, development, construction, financing, projects involving municipal development assistance, zoning/land use approvals and leasing. Mrs. Goessling routinely negotiates and drafts all types of documents for real estate transactions, including, purchase and sale contracts, commercial leases, easement and license agreements, subdivision indentures, construction (general and subcontractor) agreements and loan and security agreements. Additionally, she counsels clients with regard to general business and corporate matters, including business/asset acquisitions and dispositions, business entity formation and shareholder/partner transactions. Mrs. Goessling represents a diverse range of clients, from small businesses and individual developers to multinational companies.
