Partner at Herzog Crebs LLP Elected President of the Lawyers Trust Fund of Illinois
ST. LOUIS (June 2004) - Ann Hatch, a partner at Herzog
Crebs LLP, has been elected president of the Lawyers Trust Fund of Illinois, an
organization that provides funding to 34 not-for-profit legal aid organizations
that serve low-income Illinois families and individuals in civil matters. Her responsibilities in this role include overseeing the board
of directors and grant-making operations, including managing the Lawyers Trust
Fund of Illinois' investments to best serve the legal aid organizations and
their clients.
Hatch, a
Belleville, Ill. resident, practices
principally in Southern Illinois, including
St.
Clair and Madison counties. Her primary
focuses are litigation, insurance coverage and defense, negligence, product
liability and toxic torts, including asbestos.
Hatch also has served as chair of The
Fellows of the Illinois State Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the
Illinois State Bar Association; and president of the St. Clair County Bar
Association. She is a member of the
American Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Illinois
State Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Illinois Association of
Defense Trial Counsel and American Board of Trial Advocates.

Lawyers Trust Fund, Illinois' Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts (IOLTA)
program,
distributes funds to about 34 not-for-profit legal aid agencies in Illinois.

counties south of Springfield; Prairie State Legal Services, which serves the
